While the fundamentals remain largely the same, improvements over the years have focused on documentation and compliance.

Fifteen years ago, estimates were often approved through quick reviews and phone calls between project managers and adjusters. Today, systems require strict protocols and supporting evidence like 360° imagery, detailed photos and peer review are now standard.
