How Tripod Placement Impacts Accuracy in Sketching
Avoid sketching errors by properly placing and locking out you tripod before capturing your documentation
This week’s Technical Tip Tuesday focuses on ensuring accuracy while speeding up the sketching process. Spoiler alert: Everything comes down to your tripod.
Making sure you tripod is fully locked out and not placed on top of debris is a crucial step you can’t skip. Gently move the debris aside and set your tripod flat on the floor as best as you can. If you skip either of these steps, it can lead to inaccurate documentation and information from the start. Everything is based off the height of the camera and tripod.
A special thank you Holly Baldwin, Senior Customer Success Manager at DocuSketch for this week’s tip. Stay tuned for next week’s Technical Tip Tuesday.Looking for a reprint of this article?
