Technical Tip Tuesday Presented by DocuSketch
Cut Down Site Visits with Smarter Restoration Documentation
Capture key documentation with full tours and moisture readings to save you time, improve transparency and reduce jobsite visits
Welcome back to another Technical Tip Tuesday brought to by the team at DocuSketch. This week’s tip is shared by Holly Baldwin, Senior Customer Success Manager at DocuSketch. She shares how you can make your first visit to the jobsite count by capturing a full site tour before placing the equipment or right after and making it a standard practice. All your technicians should be able to handle daily checks, snap key documentation regardless of who is onsite.
Why? It adds a date and time stamp, builds a clear timeline, and saves your Project Manager from unnecessary trips. Include moisture meter photos and additional notes for extra transparency it perfect for sharing with both the adjusters and homeowners.
This approach reduces windshield time, improves communication and ensures every visit is documented properly. A few extra minutes on-site can save hours of back-and-forth later.
See you next week!
