This month I’ve taken different direction from what I normally write about. As you know, I try to discuss, explain and help small businesses in this industry move in a positive, forward and profitable direction.

Looking back on the industry, the first TPA started about 20 years ago with USAA.

I marvel at the evolution of our industry over the last couple of decades. I believe we are operating in a time of great opportunity.
