Response Team 1, a leading national property restoration, disaster loss recovery, and multifamily renovation company, has been named for the second consecutive year to the coveted Inc. Magazine 5000 list as one of the fastest growing private companies in America. The company captured the 352nd slot in the ranking, up from 422 last year, with revenue of $173.5 million. 

 

The list is determined by the rate of revenue growth from 2011 to 2014. Response Team 1 grew revenue 1,339 percent in three years, making it the ninth fastest growing construction company nationally and in the top 20 of all Chicago metro area firms.

To qualify, participants had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent companies – not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies – that were founded and generated revenue by March 31, 2011.
