Sublynk Opens Its Marketplace, Giving Subcontractors and GCs a Direct Line to Each Other

Sublynk launches Marketplace for contractors

September 25, 2026

Sublynk Inc., the B2B network for vetted contractors, announced the official release of the Sublynk Marketplace, where general contractors and subcontractors find and connect with each other directly. It is the second of two planned releases, following the launch of the Sublynk Certified Network earlier this year.

B2B relationships between contractors and subcontractors are fundamental to nearly every construction vertical. Yet there has never been a simple, affordable way for those businesses to find each other. Subs rely on word of mouth and cold outreach to stay busy, and GCs scramble to add qualified crews when work spikes. The checkout line at the hardware store is still the primary recruiting channel for GCs to find subs.

Sublynk was built to answer both sides of that problem at once.

The idea is simple. Subcontractors find the general contractors that need them. GCs find the subs they need. Subs pass through the vetting process established by a GC on Sublynk and join their subcontractor bench. Subs can join one bench or as many as they make relationships with. Licensing, insurance, business basics, and more are all verified along the way and maintained over time.

Any subcontractor can now sign up to be found by GCs for free on Sublynk, putting them in front of the GCs looking for subs nationwide. General contractors that manage their subcontractors on Sublynk can search and recruit from a pool of thousands of subs that grows every day.

“The trades run on relationships, but finding the right ones has always been slow, risky, or both,” said Chris Andronaco, CEO of Sublynk. “We built Sublynk to answer both sides of that at once: a GC finds and vets the subs they need, and a sub gets found by the businesses that need them. It’s a simple, direct connection between the people who have the work and the contractors ready to do it.”

Connecting is free. Subcontractors pay nothing until they form a working relationship with a GC managing their subs in Sublynk. General contractors pay nothing to recruit and manage subs. No lead fees, no connection fees, no catches.

For restoration companies, the release removes one of the industry’s hardest growth constraints. Scaling a restoration business means scaling its subcontractor base. The business becomes completely reliant on serendipitous meetings at hardware stores or hiring project managers with an existing bench. Sublynk provides an alternative approach to growing your subcontractor roster while removing the risk and administration required to vet and maintain subcontractors.

“In restoration, capacity is important, and the companies that can add trustworthy crews fastest are the ones that capture more revenue,” said Andronaco. “Sublynk lets a restoration company grow its bench and know that every sub on it is insured, licensed, and legitimate. You add capacity without gambling.”
