This is probably one of the biggest challenges of being in business - how to hire, keep, train and motivate employees.

A frustration shared by many restorers is inventory control. You wake up one morning and all the extension cords are gone, an air mover goes missing, a dehumidifier gets left on a job site. 

I would like to suggest that you consider asking the following five questions of all of your current and future jobs.
