Marketing Minute: How to Build Rapport | Episode 4

Without the rapport, it's just another business transaction.

By O.P. Almaraz, Tim Bauer
Marketing Min 4
October 13, 2016

In episode 3, Tim and O.P. talked about the reluctant salesperson and how to overcome that fear. This week, they are taking the message a step forward and talking about what to do once you have a potential client on the phone or you're speaking with them in person.

Building a good rapport with them is an important first step in the process. Then, you need to clearly understanding their expectations. Learn the right questions to ask, and how to listen.

Star Wars fans might enjoy this one a little extra, thanks to a special guest!

O.P. Almaraz and Tim Bauer are the masterminds behind Allied Restoration and Restoration Mastery. This dynamic duo believes you can morph your restoration company into whatever you want it to be. Over time, they’ve created what’s now called the restoration company for the stars – a boutique firm in L.A. that specializes in doing restoration for celebrities and high-end clients. In addition to Allied Restoration, Tim and O.P. are passionate about helping other restorers grow their companies, which is why they created Restoration Mastery, and their three-day life-changing Warrior Weekend events.
