Marketing Minute: The 4 Ways to Increase Your Business (Part 3)

By O.P. Almaraz, Tim Bauer
May 3, 2017

When business is slow, you shouldn't automatically blame your referral sources. There is probably something you're missing in your marketing techniques, and some areas you can improve. You need to offer something of value to your referral sources - not just expect them to send work your way because you networked with them at a local event or brought them donuts.

Marketing and growing your business is not rocket science, but it takes creativity and innovation - which Tim and O.P. can help you master. In this series, they lay the groundwork for restoration companies to grow tenfold while establishing value. Believe it or not, they grew their business exponentially by decreasing their customer base and focusing on a specific sector they wanted to serve.

They have given away some very helpful items at the end of each video in this series - so make sure you watch to the end to learn their techniques, and then get the amazing resources they are offering you (just a small, fun little homework assignment involved :)).

O.P. Almaraz and Tim Bauer are the masterminds behind Allied Restoration and Restoration Mastery. This dynamic duo believes you can morph your restoration company into whatever you want it to be. Over time, they’ve created what’s now called the restoration company for the stars – a boutique firm in L.A. that specializes in doing restoration for celebrities and high-end clients. In addition to Allied Restoration, Tim and O.P. are passionate about helping other restorers grow their companies, which is why they created Restoration Mastery, and their three-day life-changing Warrior Weekend events.
