RestoPros Expands Leadership Team with Appointment of Michael McAllister as President

In this role, McAllister will work closely with franchise owners and the corporate leadership team to strengthen owner support, improve market execution and guide the company’s continued expansion across the United States.

Michael brings more than 20 years of experience leading franchise growth and operations across home service brands. Most recently, he served as Group President at HorsePower Brands, where he led national growth and operational strategy for brands including Stand Strong Fencing, Gatsby Glass, Varsity Zone HVAC, and iFOAM Insulation. During his tenure, he drove system-wide sales, strengthened franchise support infrastructure, and oversaw rapid expansion in diverse markets.
His appointment follows a period of continued momentum for RestoPros, including recent new franchise openings in Boston, Phoenix, and Washington, D.C. As the company scales, McAllister will focus on helping owners translate brand growth into stronger local performance through clearer processes, better training and practical business support.
