The Louisville office receives the PD Cup for operational performance, customer experience, and community impact

Paul Davis of Louisville has been awarded the PD Cup, the highest honor presented within the Paul Davis franchise network across North America.
Paul Davis of Louisville received the PD Cup during the company’s 2026 awards ceremony, earning the highest honor presented within the Paul Davis franchise network. The award is given annually to one office whose performance, story and overall contributions distinguish it among the company’s franchise operations. This year’s recognition was based on the office’s 2025 results, with eight offices qualifying for consideration out of approximately 380 franchise locations across North America. After evaluating performance metrics, business story, community involvement and network contributions, Paul Davis CEO Mike Hopkins selected Paul Davis of Louisville as the winner.
For local property owners, commercial property managers, insurance professionals and industry partners, the recognition reinforces Paul Davis of Louisville’s position as a trusted restoration partner for complex property losses, emergency response and recovery work.
Restoration work requires more than technical ability. It requires timely communication, documentation, coordination with stakeholders, sensitivity to tenants and occupants, and the ability to manage a project from mitigation through reconstruction. The PD Cup recognition reflects Paul Davis of Louisville’s ability to deliver across those areas while meeting high performance standards within its national network.
Paul Davis of Louisville qualified for PD Cup consideration by exceeding key performance benchmarks across multiple categories in 2025.
