ATI names Michael Caiazza Regional Manager to lead its new Los Angeles office after wildfire expansion

ATI Restoration (ATI), one of the largest disaster recovery and property restoration firms in the U.S., announced the appointment of Michael Caiazza as Regional Manager of its Los Angeles (LAX) office.
Caiazza brings more than 17 years of experience in the restoration industry, including 13 years as a Project Director for several major restoration companies. Throughout his career, he has been recognized not only for restoring properties but also for building lasting client trust through reliable service, problem-solving, and strong partnerships with property and facilities managers.
In his new role, Caiazza will oversee operational performance for ATI’s Los Angeles branch, focusing on efficiency, client service, and regional growth. The Los Angeles office, one of ATI’s newest branches opened this year, was strategically launched to expand ATI’s response capabilities in Southern California following the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires. With this addition, ATI now operates seven offices across Southern California, strengthening its ability to deliver rapid response and high-quality service to clients in the region.
“Michael’s leadership experience and industry expertise make him an excellent addition to our Pacific West team,” said Kyle Bias, Regional Vice President of Operations – Pacific West. “His proven ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining strong client relationships will be instrumental in advancing ATI’s presence in Southern California.”
Caiazza holds a BA from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from National University San Diego. He also maintains multiple IICRC certifications, including AMRT, ASD, WRT, and MRS.
