RT Specialty adds three specialists to enhance client support and drive growth in liability coverage solutions

RT ECP Strengthens Market Leadership with Three Key Hires

To strengthen client services and fuel expansion, RT Specialty’s Hamilton, NJ office, which is part of RT Specialty’s Environmental and Construction Professional (RT ECP) Practice, has hired three insurance specialists: Jennifer Jordan, Jeremy Michel and Alicia Myers. 

“We are dedicated to assisting our clients solve their construction-related professional and environmental liability challenges,” says Jeff Slivka, president of RT ECP. “Jennifer, Jeremy and Alicia bring unique backgrounds, experience and skill sets to RT ECP. I am confident that each one of them will support our clients’ success while helping our practice build momentum and market leadership.”

  • Jennifer Jordan is an account manager working remotely in Utah. She previously worked as a commercial account manager focusing on commercial property and casualty placements, including contractors and commercial real estate. She brings more than a decade of insurance industry experience, as well as her knack for problem solving, attention to detail and collaborative approach to work.
  • Jeremy Michel joined RT ECP as a consultant working remotely in Birmingham, Alabama, and is focused on the South Central U.S. region. Prior to joining RT ECP, Jeremy generated and managed a book over $3 million as vice president for a retail insurance broker. He also has experience as a senior manager for Waste Management overseeing more than 80 claims professionals and managing 25,000 reported claims per year and totaling over $500 million in actuarial reserves. Jeremy brings team leadership, business development and insurance expertise to RT ECP.
  • Alicia Myers has taken on the role of account administrator working remotely in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Prior to joining RT ECP, she served as a senior environmental health scientist. With a master’s degree in public health in environmental health sciences from The Ohio State University College of Public Health and a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Dickinson College, she brings a strong background in environmental consulting to the RT ECP team.

“Jennifer, Alicia and Jeremy have proven themselves to be highly capable in their academic and business endeavors,” says Slivka. “We are glad they are part of the team and are eager to see what they accomplish in the next chapter of their careers.”
