RT Specialty’s Hamilton, NJ office, which is part of RT Specialty’s Environmental and Construction Professional (RT ECP) Practice continues to invest in its people, promoting four team members to new roles. 

Zack Kalet is advancing to consultant, Stacy Burrows to account executive, David Hart to account manager, and Jeff Youmans to senior account manager.

“RT ECP is built on the strength of our people,” said Jeff Slivka, President of RT ECP. “Recognizing their contributions through promotion is key to sustaining our momentum.” 

• Zack Kalet joined RT ECP in April 2022 as a part-time account administrator. At the time, COVID-era work-from-home policies were still in force. Nevertheless, he proved himself to be adaptable and determined, and his responsiveness and technical knowledge have earned him advancement in the company. 
• Stacy Burrows, CRIS joined RT ECP in 2012. Over the years, she has worked in multiple roles at RT ECP, climbing the ranks while proving her leadership and people skills. She has proven herself as an account manager and is now ready to take on the role of account executive.
• David Hart joined RT ECP in 2024. He attended the University of Georgia Risk Management and Insurance program, and he’s proven himself to be a valuable member of the RT ECP team. He is being promoted from account administrator to account manager.
• Jeff Youmans, ARM CRIS, joined RT ECP in 2022. He was originally hired as an account administrator and quickly worked his way up to account manager and now to senior account manager. His expertise includes the operation of construction drones, and he draws on his construction background to bring clients valuable insights.

“It’s a privilege to see Zack, Stacy, David, and Jeff continue to grow at RT ECP,” said Slivka. “They’ve made a strong impact, and I look forward to see what they achieve in their new roles.”
