RT Specialty’s Hamilton, NJ office, which is part of the RT Specialty Environmental and Construction Professional (RT ECP) Practice, has promoted Heidi Burke and Jayden Johnson to assistant vice president roles. 

“Heidi and Jayden have proven themselves to be invaluable members of our team,” says Jeff Slivka, president of RT ECP. “They have already made many important contributions, and I look forward to supporting their growth as they continue to advance their careers.” 

• Heidi Burke joined RT ECP in 2014 as an account manager, advancing to account executive before earning her most recent promotion to assistant vice president. Over the course of more than a decade, she has helped RT ECP meet and exceed broker expectations. Since relocating to Florida, she has been instrumental in developing our strong local presence.
• Jayden Johnson joined RT ECP in 2022 as a consultant. He brought considerable expertise in the environmental casualty and fire/water restoration space, as well as an inspiring growth mindset. Since joining RT ECP, Jayden has taken on a leadership role within the Midwest United States demonstrating his commitment to our clients and showcasing his expertise.
