RT Specialty’s Hamilton, NJ office, which is part of RT Specialty’s Environmental and Construction Professional (RT ECP) practice, is proud to announce the promotions of four outstanding team members. Joss Guatemala, Evan Quinn and Stefania Ruggieri have been promoted to Senior Account Manager and Cassidy Ruk has been promoted to Account Manager. 

“Stefania, Joss, Evan and Cassidy exemplify the excellence and initiative that drive our practice forward,” says Jeff Slivka, president of RT ECP. “They have made a lasting impact on the RT ECP team and our clients, and I’m excited to see how they will continue to grow and develop in their new roles.”

• Joss Guatemala joined RT ECP in 2023 as an account manager. With previous insurance expertise, she quickly adapted to RT ECP best practices. Her upbeat personality, analytical skills and desire to excel have made her an invaluable member of the Southeast Team. 

• Evan Quinn has been part of RT ECP since graduating from Temple University in 2021. He has developed expertise in the storage tank segment, and in the placement of complex environmental casualty deals. 

• Stefania Ruggieri joined RT ECP in February 2023. She brought more than six years of underwriting experience, a degree in business administration and the RPLU designation. Since then, she has earned her CPCU designation and consistently demonstrates diligence and professionalism, building strong relationships with our retail broker trading partners. 

• Cassidy Ruk joined RT ECP two years ago as a summer intern. She then juggled her senior year at Temple University while working part-time with the practice. After earning a degree in Insurance and Risk Management in 2024, she joined RT ECP on a full-time basis as an account administrator. Cassidy’s dedication and hard work have made her a key contributor to the team’s success. 

“RT ECP has continuously enhanced service levels for our retail brokers thanks to the dedicated work of team members like Stefania, Evan, Joss and Cassidy,” says Slivka. “I’m proud of their achievements and thrilled to see them advance their careers.”
