RT Specialty’s Hamilton, NJ office, which is part of RT Specialty’s Environmental and Construction Professional (RT ECP) Practice, has promoted four employees to new roles at the firm. 

Mayuri Rastogi will serve as a senior account manager, Aaron Roland will assume the position of account executive, AJ Donaldson will step into the account manager role, and Daniel Wilhelm will advance to assistant vice president.

• Mayuri Rastogi, ARM, CRIS joined RT ECP in 2023. Before her promotion to senior account manager, she demonstrated her work ethic and abilities as an account manager, continuously providing exemplary service to our retail brokers. She is committed to improving her skills as demonstrated by her recent completion of the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. 

• Aaron Roland, CRIS, AINS joined RT ECP in 2022. He started as an account manager and advanced to a senior account manager role before his most recent promotion to account executive. Aaron focuses primarily on the Environmental Casualty space and is known for his careful attention to detail, attention to efficiency and outstanding service to RT ECP’s customers.  

• AJ Donaldson, CRIS joined RT ECP in 2023. Before joining the RT ECP team as an account manager, he worked as a quality assurance analyst. In these past 3 years, AJ has proven to be an asset to the team, focusing on high quality work and service to the customer, earning his recent promotion to account manager. 

• Daniel Wilhelm, ARM, CRIS, CISR, CPIA joined RT ECP in 2018 as an account manager. Over the years, he has proven himself to be a valuable source of insight and problem-solving. He has earned several promotions, climbing the RT ECP ranks to the role of senior account manager, then account executive, and now, assistant vice president. 

“Daniel, AJ, Aaron and Mayuri have already proven themselves to be invaluable contributors on the RT ECP team, giving our clients the exceptional level of service they’ve come to expect and helping our company to thrive,” said Slivka. “I congratulate all of them on their recent promotions, and I’m excited to see what they accomplish next.”
