RT Specialty Environmental and Construction Practice Elevates Team Members, Strengthening Client Solutions

RT Specialty’s Hamilton, NJ office, which is part of the RT Specialty Environmental and Construction Professional (RT ECP) Practice, has promoted Justin Kochmer, Kelly Jackson and Joe Fagan.
“Each of these individuals has excelled in doing their part to improve the insurance experience for our clients,” says Jeff Slivka, president of RT Environmental & Construction Professional. “They have worked hard, diligently advancing their knowledge and capabilities, and now, with these promotions, they are well-positioned to accomplish even more.”

- Justin Kochmer has been promoted to Senior Account Manager. During his four years with RT ECP, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership. Thanks to his strategic thinking, attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships, Kochmer has been a key contributor to his team’s success. He is working toward earning his CPCU designation.
- Kelly Jackson has been promoted to Senior Account Manager. Jackson joined RT ECP in March 2022, and she has excelled at her work ever since. She has developed a reputation for seizing opportunities and challenging herself while maintaining a high quality of work – and doing it all with a smile.
- Joe Fagan has been promoted to Senior Account Manager. Fagan has been with RT ECP for more than five years. He has been a reliable contributor in meetings with our carriers during this time. He has also demonstrated an eagerness to undertake training of new staff, and he has helped lead new business efforts.
