De La Torre has spent more than 25 years working alongside Prism founder and owner Lee Capatina, gaining firsthand experience in the development and growth of the business while being mentored by Capatina throughout his career. Combined with De La Torre’s own proven business success, that experience has given him a unique understanding of Prism’s history, operations, customer relationships and future opportunities.

“David is the right leader for this company and for where we are going,” said Capatina. “He brings the industry knowledge, business experience, leadership ability and drive needed to lead Prism forward. He understands how to grow a business, how to build strong relationships and how to bring people together around a common goal.
