Within the Restoration Industry Association, he chairs the Independent Pricing Taskforce, co-authored accredited training content, and invented the Labor Rate Calculator that resides on the RIA’s website. His curriculum on pricing feedback and buildingcustom price lists won the RIA Patricia L. Harmon Golden Quill Award. He has also worked on the technology and services side of theindustry with DocuSketch.
