A seasoned restoration industry executive, Ben has more than two decades of experience spanning field operations, business ownership and national leadership roles.

Ben is widely regarded as one of the premier experts in Xactimate and restoration pricing strategy. His career in the restoration industry began at Just Right Cleaning & Construction (JRCC), his family’s business, where he worked in various roles before becoming owner and president. Through his leadership, JRCC earned prestigious recognition from Remodeling Magazine’s Top 500 and the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies. Ben later co-founded Enlightened Restoration Solutions, where he served as President and an Xactimate Certified Trainer. Additionally, Ben was instrumental in building a respected independent estimating company and held senior roles at FLEET Response Now, including Regional Manager and Director of Pricing.
