Alex Duta shares how AI is reshaping restoration operations, claims, and business growth

Alex is a visionary entrepreneur, author of Restoration Millionaire, and founder of Albi. He brings his experience as an eight-figure restoration business owner who understands both the challenges and opportunities the industry is currently facing today.

  • When it comes to the claims process, Alex believes that restorers have a huge advantage over the insurance carriers when it comes to leveraging AI, with the ability to build workflows for better tracking, follow up, and event negotiating claims, which also provides a competitive edge, but also helps speed up the entire process.
  • AI will and can also help restorers become more efficient, profitable and better compensate their technicians.
