Paul Davis is Among Top 100 Companies to Work for In Jacksonville for 5th Year in a Row According to Florida Trend

Paul Davis Restoration of Jacksonville has been named one of Florida’s Best Companies To Work For by Florida Trend magazine for the fifth consecutive year. The annual Best Companies To Work For In Florida list is featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine. One hundred companies are ranked in small, medium, and large employer categories. Paul Davis Restoration is ranked No. 19 out of 45 of Florida’s best midsize companies comprising of 50 to 249 employees.

When the well-being and success of our team are at the forefront, we all flourish. This recognition reiterates our commitment to cultivating a strong work environment, and we’re grateful for our dedicated employees who are always ready to help those impacted by disaster.”  

             Paul Davis Restoration currently has 344 locations, 6,700 employees and performed 77,000 jobs in 2023. Team members across the country at Paul Davis Restoration offices are known in their communities as The Difference Makers™. They are passionate about making a positive difference for the people and properties they serve, bringing safety and certainty and delivering what they promise. The company's Difference Makers campaign speaks directly about the service culture at Paul Davis. It helps to recruit and retain more A-Players by celebrating Difference Makers across the network.

       To participate in the ranking, companies or government entities were required to employ at least 15 workers in Florida and have been in operation at least one year. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. 

       The Best Companies To Work For In Florida program is managed by Florida Trend and Best Companies Group and is endorsed by the HR Florida State Council. Best Companies Group managed the registration, survey and analysis and determined the final rankings.
