National managed repair firm Accuserve Solutions announced a new service whole-home concierge-style restoration.

The service is available to USAA members through Accuserve's national network of contracting professionals. The two companies will work together to streamline the claims and restoration experience for USAA members.

Powell said Accuserve's mission is to unify carriers and contractors in service of people in need. This company accomplishes this by leveraging its internal trade expertise, a national network of contractors, and technology to ensure an accurate assessment of damage and scoping of the work required to return members to pre-loss condition.

Accuserve’s network includes roofing and exterior reconstruction, emergency water mitigation, windows and interior build-back services. The company operates four customer-care centers in different parts of the country.
