Contractor Connection will celebrate its 20th annual Conference & Expo next month, continuing a long tradition of being the premier event of the year in the insurance restoration industry. Thousands of attendees from across the U.S. and Canada will make their way to Indianapolis, Ind., June 6-8 to participate in the milestone gathering.

As the industry leader in contractor managed repair services, Contractor Connection provides insurance carriers and consumers access to a national network of residential and commercial contractors who are vetted and managed for performance, measuring quality, timeliness and customer satisfaction. Contractor Connection is the largest independently managed network of contractors servicing the insurance industry, with more than 6,000 general and specialty contractors, and currently operates in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia and Germany.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Performance Driven.” Every day, network contractors have the opportunity to elevate their performance and provide the highest quality repairs with exceptional customer experiences to Contractor Connection’s insurance carrier clients and their policyholders, as well as the consumers they serve.

Over the course of three days this spring, network contractors, insurance industry representatives, affinity partners, and suppliers who serve the insurance and restoration industry will be able to network and gain valuable insight through engaging workshops, educational breakout sessions, highly touted general session speakers, first-class networking events, and a dynamic vendor expo.

This invitation-only gathering provides tremendous value to network contractors as they not only learn how they can continue to grow their business, but also connect with insurance carrier clients and partners who provide their perspective into the industry.

“Contractor Connection is constantly looking for ways to drive the performance of our network that serves the insurance and home improvement industries, with the goal of exceeding customer expectations,” said Larry Thomas, global president of Crawford Specialty Solutions and Contractor Connection. “As the restoration industry evolves, we remain at the forefront of innovation and technology, and our annual conference allows us to highlight emerging trends and key criteria to performance that are critical to success in the future.”

In addition to the educational and networking opportunities, the event features the largest expo industry-wide. Hundreds of vendors will take the floor to show off the latest technology, products and services that are changing the industry.

“The expo continues to provide a wide range of products and services that are beneficial to our network members,” said expo manager Dennis Wright. “We are excited to see its growth and success yet again.”

Contractors who attend often speak about the benefits and inspiration they receive each year as they take those messages back to their teams. The results do not go unnoticed.

“For 20 years, the Contractor Connection Conference & Expo has been the top event in our industry, and its value to our network contractors and carrier clients is unmatched,” said Lance Malcolm, president of Contractor Connection U.S. “Moving forward, we will continue to embrace the opportunities we are able to offer our network through this event as we seek to improve daily operations and provide quality repairs in a timely manner with an exceptional customer experience.”

The conference will include top-notch entertainment and networking events, beginning with the annual golf tournament and wrapping up with a closing celebration at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Contractor Connection Conference & Expo will be held at Indiana Convention Center in the heart of Indianapolis.
