For the 19th consecutive year, the Contractor Connection Conference & Expo will continue a long-standing tradition of being the premier annual event in the insurance restoration and repair industry, welcoming thousands of attendees from across the U.S. and Canada June 6-8 in St. Louis.

As the industry leader in contractor managed repair and home improvement services, Contractor Connection provides insurance carriers and consumers access to a national network of residential and commercial contractors who are vetted and managed for performance, measuring quality, timeliness and customer satisfaction.

At this year’s conference, thousands of network member contractors, insurance industry representatives, affinity partner representatives and industry service providers will have the opportunity to “Get Connected” through engaging workshops, educational breakout sessions, highly touted speakers, first-class networking events, and an expansive vendor expo.

This invitation-only gathering provides tremendous value to network contractors as they not only learn how they can continue to grow their business, but also connect with insurance carrier clients and partners who provide their unique insight into the industry.

“This year’s program focuses on getting connected through technology and innovation,” said Larry Thomas, chief executive officer of Contractor Connection. “Technology advancements are impacting the insurance and restoration industries at an ever-increasing pace, providing avenues to enhanced speed of service, increased transparency and operational efficiency. The result is elevated performance and increased levels of customer satisfaction.”

In addition to the educational and networking opportunities, the event also features the largest expo industry-wide. Hundreds of vendors will take the floor to show off the latest technology, products and services that are changing the industry.

“We are excited about the growth and success of our expo over the years,” said Expo manager Dennis Wright. “It has become a key feature of our conference, enhancing the value proposition to both our exhibitors and attendees.”

For the first time during the conference, Contractor Connection will play host to the 2017 Recognizing Women in Restoration Award presented by Restoration & Remediation Magazine. The award recognizes women taking more prominent roles in the industry each year as they lend their expertise and new ideas during the inception of new industry standards.

“Our conference continues to evolve every year as it provides an incredibly valuable experience for our network members and insurance carrier clients,” said Lance Malcolm, Contractor Connection’s chief operating officer. “Everyone who attends has the chance to share ideas and learn new ways to be increasingly effective in their day-to-day operations, ultimately benefiting their customers and policyholders. Contractor Connection is proud to facilitate such a beneficial event for all of our partners.”

There will be no shortage of entertainment for attendees, who can participate in the conference’s annual golf tournament, as well as a closing celebration at Ballpark Village in the heart of St. Louis.
