Previewing the 2015 Contractor Connection Conference & Expo

2015 event returns to the city where it all began years ago – Orlando.

May 1, 2015

Seventeen years after about 50 attendees last gathered in “The City Beautiful,” more than 3,000 are expected to attend this year’s Contractor Connection Conference & Expo, which will be held at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando from June 16-18. The theme: “Be There When It Counts.”

“This year’s theme speaks to the very essence of why Contractor Connection exists and how we must serve our clients and the property owners they insure every day and in a catastrophe,” says Lance Malcolm, COO of Contractor Connection. “After a loss, a property owner needs a contractor who can rebuild their structure and help them get their lives back to normal. That’s an opportunity to ‘Be There When It Counts.’

“Every day our insurance carrier clients are faced with opportunities to deliver on their promise to their insureds after a loss, and we need to be there to support our clients when they need us to be – an opportunity to ‘Be There When It Counts.’ This year’s conference is about planning, preparing and responding to our carrier clients and the property owners they insure.”

The 2015 event will consist of an exhibit hall, educational workshops, networking receptions, breakout sessions and general session keynote speakers. It’s no secret that it’s the place to be.

“The Contractor Connection annual conference is unique in the industry in that we bring together network members from across the restoration and remodeling industry to share ideas, share knowledge and learn how to best serve their customers,” continues Malcolm. “This conference provides an opportunity, unlike any other in the industry, for network members to learn firsthand how to improve and grow their business through an incredible opportunity to gain valuable education and hear directly from insurance carriers about their expectations and how to exceed them.

“For our insurance carrier attendees, the conference provides a unique opportunity for them to interact with network members in a collaborative environment where they can exchange ideas and gain knowledge that will allow them to tailor a program that will lead to enhanced customer experience for their insureds.”

The conference is an invitation-only event for Contractor Connection network members and clients, as well as exhibitors who service the insurance and restoration industry. For more information on the 2015 event, visit www.contractorconnection.com/contractorconference
