2019 Contractor Connection Conference & Expo

2019 Contractor Connection
May 15, 2019

The 2019 Contractor Connection Conference & Expo continues a 20-plus year tradition of being the premier insurance restoration industry event of the year, providing educational, training, and networking opportunities for all attendees.

Thousands of attendees from across the U.S. and Canada will gather June 10-12 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center for this premier event.

Contractor Connection, the industry leader in contractor-managed repair services, provides insurance carriers and consumers access to a national network of residential and commercial contractors who are vetted and managed for performance to deliver quality repairs in a timely manner with exceptional customer experiences for property owners. Contractor Connection is the largest independently managed network of contractors servicing the insurance industry, with more than 6,000 general and specialty contractors globally, and currently operates in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, and Germany, providing commercial and residential property repairs.

This year’s program centers around the theme RESTORE. Contractor Connection’s mission is to restore and enhance lives, businesses, and communities. Its network members have the opportunity every day to put that statement into action, restoring personal and commercial structures for property owners when they need it most.

Contractor Connection

For three days, network contractors, insurance industry representatives, affinity partners, and suppliers who serve the insurance and restoration industry will be able to network and gain valuable insight through engaging workshops, educational breakout sessions, highly touted general session speakers, first-class networking events, and a dynamic vendor expo. Certified attendees are also eligible for a variety of continuing education credits.

The invitation-only event provides tremendous value to network contractors as they learn how they can continue to grow their business while connecting with insurance carrier clients and other industry partners.

“This year’s theme, RESTORE, represents an essential part of Contractor Connection’s mission and is exemplified by our network members every day,” said Larry Thomas, global president of Crawford Specialty Solutions and Contractor Connection. “Our contractors continue to meet and exceed increasing expectations to service our clients and their policyholders in their time of need. We look forward to coming together in Dallas as we strive to elevate performance even higher in the future.”

In addition to the educational and networking opportunities, the event also features the largest expo industry-wide. Hundreds of vendors will show off the latest technology, products, and services that are evolving the industry.

“Every year, the expo continues to grow and draw more attendees,” said expo manager Dennis Wright. “This year will be no exception as our vendor partners present their increasingly valuable tools, technology and services to our network.”

Contractors who attend the annual Conference & Expo take home the benefits of what they learn and the relationships they build by sharing the knowledge they’ve gained directly with their teams.

“The Contractor Connection Conference & Expo is always an exciting time as we welcome contractors, insurers, and service providers from around North America to exchange ideas and collaborate,” said Lance Malcolm, president of Contractor Connection U.S. “We look forward to hosting this industry-leading event for many years to come as together we set our sights on elevating customer experiences, reducing cycle times, and improving estimate accuracy.”

The conference will include exciting entertainment and networking events, beginning with the annual golf tournament and wrapping up with a closing celebration party at Billy Bob’s.
