In the insurance restoration and repair industry, it’s tough to find an event as valuable in terms of educational opportunities and networking as the annual Contractor Connection Conference & Expo.

It gets even better in 2016 as the 18th annual event travels to Las Vegas, June 21-24. More than 3,000 member contractors, insurance industry representatives, affinity partner representatives and industry service providers are expected to “Find A Way” to Caesars Palace in what stacks up to be the largest turnout and most-anticipated event to date.

“Our theme, ‘Find A Way,’ is a call to action to every member of the Contractor Connection network,” said Lance Malcolm, chief operations officer for Contractor Connection. “It speaks to the foundation of our business and why we exist – to ‘Find A Way’ to timely deliver high-quality property repairs and an exceptional customer experience for our clients and for every property owner we touch. This year’s conference will be about how everyone who is a part of Contractor Connection can ‘Find A Way’ to deliver an exceptional experience, in day-to-day claims and catastrophe response.”

With engaging, educational workshops and breakout sessions, as well as a first-class expo, this year’s event promises to be even more impactful for member contractors and their businesses. Attendees will have the chance to learn about some of the latest advancements in technology in the industry, and understand what it takes to achieve the best results for their customers and clients.

Not only that, but former NFL star and ESPN analyst Merril Hoge, this year’s keynote speaker, will deliver an inspiring message on overcoming challenges and setbacks on the way to attaining set goals.

“The Contractor Connection annual conference is not only the most valuable experience in our industry, but it also offers a unique experience for every attendee,” Malcolm said. “Network members from across the restoration and remodeling industry gather in an environment where they can share ideas, share knowledge and learn how to best serve their customers. This conference provides an opportunity unlike any other in the industry for network members to learn firsthand how to grow their business by gaining valuable education and valuable insights directly from industry leaders and insurance carrier representatives.

“For our insurance carrier attendees, the conference provides a unique opportunity for them to interact with network members in a collaborative environment where they can exchange ideas and gain knowledge that will allow them to tailor a program that will lead to enhanced customer experience for their insureds.”

Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in the conference’s annual golf tournament and an exciting closing celebration in the heart of Las Vegas. The entertainment and networking opportunities speak for themselves, and the overall experience offers tremendous value in a variety of ways.

The conference is an invitation-only event for Contractor Connection network members, clients and partners, as well as exhibitors who service the insurance and restoration industry.
