Rainbow International, The Dwyer Group Reacquire Germany Master License
Rainbow International is currently building its brand in Germany, Ireland and the UK.
Rainbow International Restoration, a subsidiary of The Dwyer Group has announced Friday the re-acquirement of the Germany master franchise license from the previous master licensee, according to a press release.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Reacquiring this master license confirms our commitment to direct franchising in select international markets,” stated Mike Bidwell, President and CEO of The Dwyer Group. “We are particularly excited about the opportunity to continue to build the Rainbow International brand in Germany, where there is room to build a very large network.”
The Dwyer Group first sold the Rainbow International master license in Germany in 1992, with the goal of expanding the brand in Europe. Rainbow International is currently building its brand in Germany, Ireland and the UK.
States Rainbow International President Mark Welstead: “The headway made in Germany by our previous master licensee will allow our brand to continue to grow and strive in the German economy. We look forward to continuing this forward momentum and expanding our service reach throughout the country.”
