To better service its growing list of restoration and cleaning clients, Violand Management has expanded its team by hiring Kurt Young to serve as a Business Development Advisor, according to a press release.

Young’s background includes over 25 years in sales, construction, remodeling, restoration, consulting, and general contracting. He has worked for both large companies and startups, in addition to consulting with small businesses. Kurt’s experience in both senior management positions, as well as having owned his own business, give him a comprehensive perspective on the unique challenges faced by VMA clients.He has acquired multiple certifications including: IICRC Technician Certifications in Anti-Microbial Remediation, IICRC certified in Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Water Damage Restoration (WTR), and Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT).
