Josh Bachman has joined Violand Management Associates (VMA) as a business development advisor, allowing VMA to continue to aid their expanding list of restoration and cleaning clients in developing their professional abilities and sustaining profitable growth in their businesses.

Bachman has an extensive background in disaster restoration, having worked as a key director and manager for two separate large and well-respected disaster restoration companies. He has grown and managed multiple divisions and oversaw and facilitated the development of staff as well as internal policies and procedures. Most recently, Bachman served in a director of operations role with a focus on reconstruction. His analytical approach and “meet you where you are” coaching style will help VMA clients to create highly functioning teams to achieve sustained growth on their terms.
