John Monroe has joined Violand Management Associates (VMA) as a Business Development Advisor, allowing VMA to continue to aid their expanding list of cleaning and restoration clients in developing their professional abilities and sustaining profitable growth in their businesses. 
 
John Monroe brings a unique perspective to VMA with over 30 years of experience. He has acted as a sales executive for a Fortune 500 floor covering manufacturer, where he mentored and coached territory managers on effective selling strategies. His extensive management skills and ability to develop both short- and long-term business plans allowed him success as the owner of a commercial kitchen exhaust restoration and cleaning company. John’s experience also includes operating his own sales management consultancy to help companies retool their selling strategies, business plans, and sales management skills with the goal of sustained sales excellence in any economic condition. His ability to develop, motivate, and oversee top-performing teams focused on exceeding goals in the areas of sales, cost control, and new business development has proven beneficial to helping clients with their businesses. John earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Clemson University.
