The Restoration Industry Association (RIA) will be holding its 67^th Annual Leadership Summit and Industry Expo at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center and Hotel in Myrtle Beach, S.C., from March 27-29 and recently introduced a new website, www.riaconvention.org, to provide information to the industry on the event.

Major sessions at the event include several pre-event workshops on business growth, HVAC theories and principles for restoration contractors, working with adjusters, and contents cleaning; a keynote address on innovative marketing; and breakout sessions on business development, understanding the minds of adjusters, how to effectively use social media, closing the insurance gap between adjusters and contractors, a look at payment issues with mortgage holders, issues in employment law, cleaning soft contents, and an update from The Clean Trust on their programs and organizational changes.
