1-800-PACK-RAT Introduces New Website Featuring Online Ordering & Order Management

Growing customer base prompts need for new, updated website

1-800-PACK-RAT, LLC, a leader in portable storage and moving solutions for residential and business customers, announced in late November the unveiling of a new website. The new website combines a comprehensive listing of storage and moving resources that will be of tremendous value to current and prospective customers. 
 
“As we now provide service to over 200 million people across the USA and Canada, we knew we had to invest in our online properties to better serve our customers,” said Bob Poirier, CEO of 1-800-PACK-RAT. “One of our core values is to simplify moving and storage, and we wanted to bring this value across to our website. We are confident that our current and new customers will find our new website more informative and easier to navigate.” 
 
The new site has a contemporary look and feel and was designed with the customer in mind to provide truly the simplest way to move or store their stuff. Residential and commercial customers can research and plan all of their moving and storage requirements online, regardless of the distance of the move or the location or length of storage. 
 
The new website has a simplified quoting tool, an easy-to-use ordering process and an updated customer portal, My PackRat. Within My PackRat, customers can make payments and schedule pickups and deliveries online at their convenience. 
 
1-800-PACK-RAT continuously strives to improve the customer experience for both residential and commercial customers, and this is evident with the new site. While customers are still encouraged to call 1-800-PACK-RAT to get quotes, place orders, or ask questions, the improved website gives customers the option to do more online, truly simplifying the moving and storage process.
