When a fire started in an art storage crypt of the Largest Cathedral in the World on Palm Sunday, we know we were faced with a unique project. Cleaning this massive building with 135’ ceilings and damage to every surface was quite the task while keeping the Cathedral open for worship. Global visitors and events added levels of complex coordination we rarely experience. The goal was partial open by Easter Sunday. With an army of cleaning crews, we scoured the first 10’ of the sanctuary. We got them open by Good Friday. After that we built one of the largest indoor scaffold systems in the country. For the next 8 months, we hand cleaned every inch of the church including the stained glass windows using specialized aerial lifts to reach all surfaces.

In January, we got called to inspect 2 new construction builds. The contractor told us the crawl spaces were just covered in mold and saturated due to all the rain. Both properties were almost identical, in terms of what we found upon inspection...probably the worst crawl space mold we've seen. But neither property's mold problem was a match for our Goldmorr products (which is all we use). And, as always, same day results!

Here is a before and after photo of an attic mold remediation project we completed on April 2. This was our first project using the GM system and I am very pleased with the results! Looking forward to many more successful projects with Goldmorr!

This was the result of leaving water damage to dry on its own in an Arizona home. According to Jason Riggs, GM of Contact Restoration, leaving water untouched in his service area rolls out the welcome mat for every one of nearly 20 species of termites in the desert – as evidenced in these photos!

Our crew headed to a residence to treat mold-affected and stained surfaces in the owner's garage and shed. Attached are two photos: one is a "before" picture and the other is the "after" picture. The amazing results are within SECONDS of each other, thanks to the use of Goldmorr's GM2000 and GM6000. NO wire brushing or scrubbing. Easy.

We got a call for a local realtor about a foreclosed home she needed to sell - the problem was that it had extensive mold/water damage on both upper and main level. We gutted, remediated and cleaned it. However, the subfloor needed to be pulled (this was noted on the original estimate as an exclusion as we did not know it's condition). We tried convincing the owner to replace the OSB subfloor, but after three attempts at cleaning it and failing the PRV's the owner, unwilling to spend the money to pull and replace it decided to sell it as is!

A burst copper supply line in the ceiling of a basement bedroom filled the lower level of the house with water. The damage was not discovered for a few months. By the time it was found, mold had proliferated on almost every surface of structure and contents in the house. One month later the contractor was rebuilding and remodeling the house for the customer.
