RIA Australasia recognizes AllAces for their technical excellence in a complex commercial fire job

AllAces Cleaning & Restoration has been awarded ‘Commercial Restoration Project of the Year 2026’ for a complex commercial fire and smoke recovery in Erina, NSW — recognition from the Restoration Industry Association Australasia, one of the sector’s most respected awards for technical excellence and professionalism in restoration.

The win comes as AllAces continues to expand into new locations across Australia, and follows the introduction of the Aces Academy, which supports and drives technical excellence across the business. For a company long known as the “Masters of Disasters,” the award reflects skilled teams, disciplined process, and a focus on helping customers get back after major losses.

The winning project

AllAces was engaged to deliver staged fire, smoke and soot remediation across a multi-tenancy commercial complex after a significant fire event. Contamination had spread well beyond the primary tenancy into neighbouring spaces and shared building elements. Working in coordination with the builder’s program, AllAces treated affected areas as they became safely accessible, managed odour and cross-contamination risk, and preserved restorable building elements where practical — supporting a progressive return toward trade-ready condition rather than unnecessary wholesale replacement.

Through this restoration-led approach, AllAces helped deliver substantial estimated savings compared with a broader strip-out and replacement pathway, while reducing the risk of extended disruption across multiple commercial tenancies.

Managing Director James Wright said: “This is a fantastic recognition for the team. We’ve invested a lot of energy into our technical expertise through our Aces Academy, and this serves as a great testament to that. Very proud of the team and the wider business, and as always, so pleased that we’re given the opportunity tohelp our customers getting back after disasters.”

RIA Australasia’s Restoration Awards recognise outstanding customer service, technical excellence and professionalism on completed projects. Awards are announced at RIA’s annual Restoration Conference and Trade Show.
