Kelly Olson, owner of Rainbow International of Kansas City, is the recipient of this year’s Franchisee of the Year Award, according to a press release. The award was presented at The Dwyer Group^® Annual Reunion in Dallas, Texas.

The Franchisee of the Year Award is the highest honor than can be earned by a franchisee in the Rainbow International network. The winning franchise must show consistent growth through proper training and management of the organization, consistent high sales volume and quality customer service.
