Eddie Bailey Named as Sasser’s Director of Operations, Leading Tampa Office
Industry veteran set to lead the company's new Tampa office and oversee operations in Florida
Sasser Restoration is pleased to announce the appointment of Eddie Bailey as Director of Operations, where he will lead the company's newly launched regional office in Tampa, Florida. Bailey's appointment marks an important milestone in Sasser Restoration's strategic growth and expansion throughout the Southeast.
With more than 17 years of experience in the construction and restoration industry, Bailey brings extensive expertise in operational leadership, process improvement, team development, and regulatory compliance. Since entering the industry in 2008, he has built a reputation for helping restoration organizations achieve sustainable growth while delivering exceptional service to residential and commercial clients.
In his new role, Bailey will oversee operations for Sasser Restoration's Florida region, focusing on building high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and establishing the Tampa office as a trusted restoration partner throughout the state.

Bailey holds State of Florida licenses in Mold Remediation and Mold Assessment and maintains multiple certifications through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). His background includes leading both residential and commercial restoration projects, implementing efficient systems and procedures, and ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
