Business is all about growth and change, and Violand Management Associates (VMA) is no exception. For this reason, Violand is announcing that Timothy E. Hull, CR has been promoted to the newly created position of Director of Operations within the organization.

 

Tim is well known throughout the industry as an operations expert and Business Development Advisor with Violand Management. Tim has been a key part of the organization for more than eight years and has played a significant role in their growth. 

 

As a result of this growth, Tim will now be handling many of the operational responsibilities of the organization, especially as they apply to VMA’s Advisory Services. Tim will continue to consult with Violand clients in addition to his new role.

 

With over 25 years of experience in the restoration, construction, and remodeling industries, Tim is a leading expert in operations, project management, and estimating. He developed VMA’s Restoration Project Management program in conjunction with Kent State University and facilitates Restoration Estimating and Negotiation workshops several times each year. Tim is a Certified Restorer® and earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Montana State University.
