This leadership advancement reflects the culture, growth, and employee development

Rumsey Construction & Restoration announced the promotion of Maggie Marsh to Human Resources Manager, effective April 6th, 2026.
“Maggie has earned this promotion through consistent performance and a commitment to doing things the right way. She makes the people around her better and we are confident her impact will only grow in this next role. Maggie is a perfect example of what it means to live out our core values, TRAIN: teamwork, resolute, adaptability, innovation, and no task beneath us.
A graduate of the College of Charleston, Maggie has continued to build on that foundation through her growth at Rumsey. Throughout her time with the company, she has taken on multiple roles and responsibilities, consistently stepping up wherever needed and delivering results. Her willingness to adapt, learn, and lead has made her a reliable and respected presence across the organization.
Maggie has demonstrated the ability to not only execute at a high level but also improve the systems and teams around her. She approaches challenges with a solutions mindset, supports her teammates, and takes pride in the work being done, qualities that reflect both her character and her leadership potential.
As she steps into this next position, we expect Maggie to continue raising the standard, developing those around her, and contributing to the continued growth and success of Rumsey Construction and Restoration,” said Damien Monaghan, CEO.
Maggie joined RCR in 2022 as receptionist and has since held roles in Sales & Marketing and Recruitment, and will now be stepping into the role of HR Manager. Over the past 4 years, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to innovation.
"When I first started working for RCR, I always wondered what more I would accomplish. Like what would that path look like for me? Best unknown ever. Fast forward and I’m getting this chance to level up and embrace the next unknown.
I’m so excited to step into this role at Rumsey, and to be given the opportunity to grow and make this a better place to work. I want to lead with positivity and progress, be ever changing and adaptable, and make sure no one feels left behind.
I appreciate everyone who has continued to support and believe in me, and I can’t wait to continue to give back and raise the vibes in our Rumsey community," said Maggie Marsh.
