Kaylin Glaspie on Winning R&R’s 2025 Technician Award

Kaylin Glaspie shares her rise from technician to Project Manager and advice she has for future restoration leaders

On this episode of Ask The Expert, we’re joined by the 2025 Technician Award Winner, Kaylin Glaspie of CLEAN Restoration. Kaylin began her journey in our industry just four years ago, and she’s already making incredible strides. Her career started by chance. One of her friends mentioned her company was hiring and the rest is history. Kaylin started as an entry-level technician, moved her way up to Lead Technician and shortly after winning this award she was promoted to Project Manager.
