From Laborer to Leader: Jesús Miranda’s Restoration Journey

Jesús Miranda shares his rise in restoration, leadership lessons and the power of purpose-driven work

On this episode of Ask The Expert, we’re joined by Jesús Miranda, Project Director at First Onsite in Miramar Beach/Pensacola. Jesús has a personal story and journey that highlights how powerful our industry really is, not just in the technical aspect, but the opportunity to create your own career path and inspire others while doing it. We dive into his personal growth, leadership and what the industry means to him.  

Jesús has seven years of experience. He started his career in the industry as a General Laborer and moved his way up to Project Director, where he combined his expertise with deep empathy and a personal commitment to safety and excellent service. Jesús was born and raised in Venezuela before residing in Florida. He brings a powerful story of resilience and purpose with hopes of inspiring others.
