Neighborly® Welcomes Gagan Sinha as new Chief Information Officer

 Neighborly®, the world's largest home services company, today announced the appointment of Gagan Sinha as its new Chief Information Officer. Sinha will be based at Neighborly’s headquarters in Irving, Texas, and joins the company’s executive leadership team, reporting directly to CEO Mike Davis.

“So much of being amazing with consumers in today’s world is rooted in technology, and the data that makes all those engagements at the right time and personalized,” said Davis. “Gagan’s background with both consumer-centric brands and complex franchise platforms makes him a great addition to the Neighborly team at this stage of our growth journey.”

Sinha brings extensive experience in driving technology transformation across global, multi-brand franchise organizations. He has held senior leadership roles at Bloomin’ Brands, Inspire Brands, and Dunkin’ Brands, where he delivered scalable solutions to improve operator tools, enhance digital guest engagement, and leverage AI for actionable insights and innovation.

“I’m thrilled to join Neighborly, and amazing platform of brands, at this exciting time of growth,” said Sinha. “What excites me most is the opportunity to accelerate innovation across our technology platforms and create even more connected, scalable and intelligent solutions. Sinha’s appointment represents a pivotal step in Neighborly’s shift from primarily building systems in-house to adopting and integrating best-in-class platforms, allowing the organization to move faster and smarter. His leadership will also support AI-driven improvements in lead management, customer engagement, and call center operations, ensuring greater efficiency and impact across its system.

Sinha has a master's degree in management from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
