ClearSky Equity Advisors Facilitates Strategic Acquisition of UWRG of Charlotte by KCBB Holdings LLC

ClearSky Equity Advisors is pleased to announce the successful sale of United Water Restoration Group of Charlotte to KCBB Holdings LLC. The transaction was completed in March 2025, with Kevin O’Connell acquiring the company from Cindy and Robert Fischmann.

United Water Restoration Group of Charlotte is a full-service disaster restoration company located in Charlotte, providing comprehensive services to the greater Charlotte area. With a strong reputation for excellence, the company specializes in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and other disaster recovery services.

ClearSky Equity Advisors, an M&A advisory firm, played a pivotal role in this transaction. The firm offers support to owners looking to sell their small to medium-sized businesses. With a long history in mid-market industries, ClearSky Equity Advisors has a proven track record of completing acquisitions from both the buy and sell sides. Their extensive experience in the disaster restoration sector, both from an M&A advisory and an operational perspective, made them the ideal partner for this transaction.
