Eric has over 25 years of experience in the home services industry. He has held roles such as VP of Operations and the owner of a successful cleaning and restoration company. Currently, as the Owner and Director of Education at Super Tech University, he focuses on training technicians and managers in soft skills across all home service verticals. 

Katie Harris is the Co-Founder of Spot on Solutions, a leading digital marketing agency based in Idaho. As a Google Premier Partner, Katie and her team help home service companies grow through innovative strategies. Beyond marketing, Katie is an investor in a custom cabinetry shop and a sought-after trainer. She serves as a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach and Trainer, as well as a DISC Behavior Consultant. Katie is a member of the Forbes Agency Council and volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). Katie is also a proud mom and an adoring grandmother.
