Ricelli Mordecai is offering a free e-book, Restoration Sales & Marketing: The Guide which covers topics from fundamentals of restoration sales to effectively communicating the value of services offered.

A personal development coach, personality assessment expert, author, sales consultant, and trainer, Mordecai has more than 17 years of experience in the construction and restoration industry, and more than 25 years of sales and training experience. 

As an instructor, Mordecai teaches individuals and groups about challenges and opportunities in the niche industry. Her class attendees include newcomers and veteran professionals seeking to enhance their skills, improve knowledge, and myriad strategies needed to succeed in the competitive field. 

Mordecai’s new e-book Restoration Sales & Marketing: The Guide, covers topics including the fundamentals of restoration sales, the importance of building strategic relationships with ideal referral sources, understanding the restoration process, and how to effectively communicate the value of services offered. Additionally, Mordecai addresses proven sales techniques, how to overcome objections, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively, among others. She wrote the guide to support her dedication to helping restoration professionals achieve their goals and maximize their success.
