KnowHow and CoreLogic Collaborate to Improve Workflow Efficiency in the Restoration Industry.

January 25, 2024

KnowHow, the leading how-to application for the property restoration industry, announced a new collaboration with CoreLogic, a premier provider of property information, analytics, and data-enabled solutions. This collaboration is set to enhance the efficiency of restoration workflows, beginning with several of CoreLogic's renowned restoration software solutions, including MICA™, Next Gear DASH™, and Claims Connect™ (now, CoreLogic Restoration Mitigate, CoreLogic Restoration DASH™, and CoreLogic Claims Workspace).

The alliance between CoreLogic and KnowHow aims to simplify finding assistance for various CoreLogic Insurance applications,” stated Lloyd Marcom, Vice President of Service Operations for CoreLogic Insurance. “Mutual clients will access workflows and step-by-step guides to navigate through CoreLogic applications while on-site. This will reduce the time spent searching for training or contacting support for help, allowing them to focus on what matters most: their customers and repairing their homes or businesses efficiently.”

Shared customers will benefit from an expert-authored library of CoreLogic Template Processes, which can be directly integrated into their company's processes, workflows, and procedures. This integration will enable teams to quickly adapt to CoreLogic products, reducing the likelihood of errors and minimizing the need for retraining and customer support.

“We’re excited to work with CoreLogic,” said Leighton Healey, CEO of KnowHow. “Our goal for this initial collaboration is to ensure that every member of our mutual customers' teams can maximize the horsepower of CoreLogic’s restoration suite of products, confidently navigate their work independently, and quickly resolve any issues that come up, keeping projects on track, reducing errors and delivering results efficiently."

KnowHow's innovative workforce training and support approach enables even new staff to effectively use CoreLogic's software from day one, streamlining the complex restoration process.
