PrimeSource Adds Pair of Execs Following Acquisiitons

PrimeSource Brands recently added two executive team members. The company made a shift in leadership as a result of recent acquisitions.

PrimeSource now consists of three strategic business units: PrimeSource Building Products Inc., Dimora Brands and Wolf Home Products. Drew Meng takes over as chief executive officer of PrimeSource Building , while Robert (Bob) Roche will serve as PrimeSource Brands chief financial officer. . Tom Koos will continue as CEO of PrimeSource Brands.

“I am excited to welcome Bob and Drew to PrimeSource,” Koos said. “They are both great additions to the team as we focus on the integration and growth of our business units moving forward.”

Roche previously served as vice president and chief executive officer at Carlisle Companies Inc., a global manufacturing business. While there, he played a crucial role in the Tyco International merger with Johnson Controls, where he held several senior positions. Meng held several senior roles in sales and marketing at Jacuzzi Group Worldwide, Black & Decker, and Newell Rubbermaid before serving as CEO at American Security, a manufacturer and seller of safes for consumers and businesses.
