Next Gear Solutions, Inc., the team behind DASH job management software, has become an IICRC-certified school through Next Gear University (NGU), which began hosting courses in late October at its Oxford, MS headquarters.

“It began as a desire to better train our support team,” said Garret Gray, CEO of Next Gear Solutions, who hired in-house IICRC instructor Mitch Byrom last year. “We believe these added services will benefit our customers greatly while allowing our support and training teams to raise the bar in the service they provide.”  

With the launch of NGU, Next Gear Solutions now becomes the only restoration management software to have an IICRC-approved school.

Adds Mitch Byrom: “We want to bring solutions to our industry and support to our users in the biggest way possible.”

Next Gear University is offering IICRC courses in water, fire and smoke restoration. Furthermore, it is also equipped to provide certified Xactimate training. Although these courses are primarily offered to users of DASH software, non-users can also enroll in these courses as well.
